Went in for a silk press. The booking site said $50+. Even though my hair is a little thick it shouldn't have cost anywhere near the $100 I was char...ged.. she is still a student not a professional . My hair looked fair but this was not a silk .she was very patient though. Show more

Sorry for your experience. Your hair is heat damaged very thick at the roots and straight at the ends. I have pictures of how you left the shop as well. My site says $50/hour clear as day which should have been read when booking an appointment. It took me 3.5 hours to complete your hair and I only charged you $100. Have a good day
