I will never book this mobile car wash ever again. I seen elevate mobile car wash on military spouses on Facebook decided to give them a try because m...y husband is on deployment and I wanted to get his car cleaned. Worse mistake in trusting this service with it. This is how he left it (pictures) . I asked why isn’t the water marks coming off of my dash , the employee says he just uses windex to clean plastics and glass he didn’t know what could’ve caused it. He tried different chemicals to try to remove it, he didn’t know why or what he did for it to have came out like that. I suggest the steamer may have caused it and he replied that he didn’t go near my dash with it. I had someone else tell me that whoever cleaned my car got water inside of my dash most likely from steaming. Once I texted the employee about it. I got no response and have yet to hear anything if your thinking about booking think again, they aren’t responsible for when they damage your car nor do they have employees that are knowledgeable on cleaning interior and what may or may not happen do to negligence. This is unacceptable! So called professionals. Show more

Very nice employees, brought it in for an interior clean. Upon first glance after they finished it seemed good, but when I got home and had time to lo...ok closer it was evident several areas were missed. Before the cleaning I told them that I brought it in to clean a stain from tomato soup spilling on my passenger side. They left dried soup on the side of the seat, and center console still had dust in crevices, good for a basic clean but missed the mark on smaller details Show more

Showed up an hour late because they had to “buy supplies” even though I scheduled the appointment like a week before. Wasn’t able to finish in 3 hours... so he had to come back at 8pm to finish the inside. Outside they did an amazing job. Inside they left it unvaccumed, and didn’t wipe down to much, also left stains on my seat. I wish I could add more pictures. I Paid 120$ and didn’t even get the best service out of these guys 🤦‍♂️ Show more
