Never thought I would be giving this review. I scheduled an appointment for 3pm and twice it was changed without my consent. The final time that was g...iven to me was 2pm. I scheduled 3 for a reason and advised the stylist that 2 wouldn’t work for me. She stated okay. Well I advised her I was otw at 2:15 when I was about 20 or 30 minutes away. She called and wanted me to reschedule cause she had a client after me! Very Unprofessional! If you don’t want to do someone’s hair or you have plans, shut the business down! Wow Ms Bonner. I have been doing you and your husbands hair for years. You know I never change an appointment without consent. 45 minutes late to an appointment. And yes I had a schedule to keep and everyone's time is valuable not just yours mam. Remember I do have the text messages you didn't have to lie on me.🫶🏾

She had not seem me in 3 yrs due to I live in Indianapolis. I get my hair done when visit family in Houston. She ask for a picture of my hair at 6am. ...Then never responded back. My appointment was at 10:30 am. Communication is key. I was very disappointed because if she didn't want to do it. I could have found someone else. Show more
