    Tara the owner called me right away as soon as she seen my review she orginally gave me 50 percent off but then she called me again because she seen that i had not used it and was wondering why and i explained to her why and she gave me a full set on... her she is very good at listening to customer input and any issues they have desiree is an excellant nail artist

    OK so I had an appointment for 10 AM. The nail tech did not receive a notification or there was a lack of communication between the app and her so she didn’t get there until 1030.That is after the manager called her to let her know that I was her 10 ...o’clock and I was in the store waiting. Prior to that I actually showed up before 10 and they were still closed the manager asked me if I was coming still.They claim to open at 10 AM but were still closed when I arrived .She called me from her car then proceeded to open the shop. My services that I came in for were an acrylic soakoff an eyebrow wax and a gel manicure. I didn’t get finished until roughly 2 o’clock and I didn’t get started until maybe 10:45. Nail tech shows up and I’m already soaking my nails because the manager started me I tell her that I want a French manicure with tips as she proceeds to tell me how good she is doing other styles.So basically screw what I want. I should let her do something else because she’s good at other things.She starts doing my nails and she asked me if I like them and I told her I’m not sure but I also want the nails be cut down she clipped them down once... I asked her to trim them down some more and her reply was I will just have to learn how to use them instead of her doing again what I ask her to do and also I didn’t get an eyebrow wax because the damn manicure took so long I had forgot that I even booked a service so this will be the second shop that I have gone to that I will not be returning to long story short I am very disappointed.I was charged 75 for some nails that I can’t even function with..🤣 .. lesson learned

    Amazing customer service!!! I recently switched nail technicians because my old technician was very outdated. I found this location on Booksy and I can honestly say I’ve never been happier. All the girls are so talented and welcoming. Kia has done my... nails the past two times that I’ve gotten them done and she really brings my ideas to life. She always takes her time in order to create the absolute best results. I will be continuing to drive the extra 20 minutes just so I can receive their service.
