      Already a Client? Then this consultation is for you! A consultation is needed for color and repairs. A in person one on one meeting with a stylist to assess the condition and needs of your hair and discuss the vision of your desired color or style. The stylist can provide recommendations and answer your questions. ✨Hours of Operation: - Monday: Closed - Tuesday & Wednesday: 9:45am-6:45pm - Thursday: Closed - Friday & Saturday: 9:45am - 6:45pm - Sunday: 9:45 am - 5:15pm ✨ Before/ After hours: ⁃ Need an appointment before opening hours or after closing? There will be a $50 non refundable fee! Before / After hours fees doesn't go towards the total cost of your appointment. I will contact you to pay your before/ after hours fee before accepting your appointment. ✨Same Day appointments: ⁃ a $25 non refundable deposit is due at booking with your prepayment. I will contact you before accepting your appointment. Same day appointment fees don't go towards your service. ✨Service Times: ⁃ are an estimate and can vary! Cancellations outside of the notice period and missed appointments may result in a cancellation fee. ✨Rescheduling ⁃ Please reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment. Failure to do so will result in you forfeiting your prepayment & you will be required to pay another prepayment, for any future bookings. You are only allowed ONE reschedule using the same deposit. Too many hidden fees. $15 for consultation just to count my 60 locs. 20% gratuity which was added in my deposit without notice and $85 for my retwist ...which took 4 hours for 60 locs. Show more

Hello Carlos, I apologize that you felt there was too many hidden fees with your service. During booking it's your responsibility to read everything! You are able to change the default setting to 0% gratuity at booking. That is something Booksy added to our booking site. You also weren't charged the tip, as well! For my business. I require a consultation for all new clients, so I can gage were your hair is, what you have been doing with your hair and to recommend any services needed. As far as your service, it usually take new clients longer to get serviced then returning clients. Majority of your time was spent under the dryer, due to the length of your hair! I wish you well on your loc journey.
