Horrible service, which is why I stopped going to this place before, they nickel and dime you for everything while doing it poorly. Getting your nails... done should be relaxing and joyful. The prices listed on-line or in the shop arent what your quoted. Show more

The nail tech I had Saturday had a horrible attitude. He was short with me and it made me feel uncomfortable. I come here when I'm in town (I'm from t...he area but moved out of state). This was the only nail salon I really liked going to because the work is good, even if I have to pay a bit more. But after Saturday, I think I'm going to find a new salon because I no longer feel comfortable going back. He was rude and impatient. I'm sorry if you found giving me a manicure annoying and I'm sorry if I somehow ruined your day. I was willing to work with you and thought I wasn't being difficult when I discussed a design with you. I even settled for something slightly different because of how difficult it would have been for the one concept I showed you. I was fine with that, no problem at all. But you had an attitude the minute you greeted me and snapped at me just because my fingers weren't far back enough in the UV light. You were incredibly condescending towards me too. I haven't been getting manicures my entire life so, no, I'm not entirely well versed in them. It's a recent thing I've started doing for myself, so again, sorry if my ignorance cut your fuse short. If you don't like the direction you are headed in life, there are ways to change this, but taking it out on your customers and ruining their day isn't one of them. I get my nails done as a treat to myself, but your horrible attitude ruined my experience. My nails turned out great. Paint on one chipped but I guess that's my fault for not having my fingers all the way back under the light. I'll take the fall for that. But stop being rude to complete strangers. I hope things improve for you and I wish you nothing but the best. Show more

I love D&K! I made an appointment after work on a Thursday. They were slammed and super busy when I got in there. Holly, at the front desk, was very k...ind and told me they would see me as soon as possible. I only waited a little and got taken back. There were also at least 5 others waiting and they all got taken back fast as well. My tech was Ruby and she was so sweet! She does an amazing job and makes you feel comfortable. She checks in along to way to make sure you’re liking the nails. D&K is super popular & crowded for a reason! Thank you for being accommodating and kind. Show more
