Sorry for your bad experience, Tamra. You came on March 25th 2021 and made appointments plus canceled those 3 times at the last minute and you went to other salons to have your nails done for a long time. Until now, Nov 2nd 2021, you came and he took his time to do your nails. He took off your acrylic nails and did your new full set acrylic nails from 1:15 till 3:30. He spent lots of time and took care of your nails. You downloaded a photo online and asked him to picked up five colors that looked exactly the same as those five colors for you. Every shop has their own colors and nowhere has exactly the same colors as other ones. We have the same price for everyone and we treat all of our customers the same even you are our new or loyalty customers. For our loyalty customers, we have rewards program that can earn points and exchange gifts. We do not give any discounts for neither loyalty nor new customers.

Sorry for your bad experience. Your sister-in-law appointment was at 11:45 and she came at 11:22 and she seated next to you to talk and pick her color. We always try to keep your appointments on time. We have to finish our previous appointments before starting yours. That’s why she came at 11:22 but waited until 11:45 to have it started. Thank you for your coming early anyway. You made your appointment online which has all the prices and times for each service. Therefore, saying you were overcharged is not right. Plus, we gave you a receipt which stated clearly what services combine with prices. You said Tom was extremely rude and argued to your sister-in-law for 10 minutes, while Tom was doing your daughter’s nails and your nails and he has a next appointment right after yours, too. I think he did not have that much time to did like what you said. The nail tech asked your sister-in-law if she like her color when she polished 1 nail and your sister-in-law was happy with it. After her 10 finger nails already, then she said she didn’t like the color that she chose. We tried to meet your satisfaction, however we cannot do everything you want to make our next appointments as well as our next customers of the rest of the day unhappy.
