He never showed up really needed a haircut. I came in from London, England and was out in the cold waiting for 25mins. - Attached is the confirmation... I got - I called but you didn’t pick up. I didn’t realise this service is only for existing clients. As this is my first time in the state. Hopefully other barbers in KC are not members only and I can get a haircut. Show more

You made the appointment the same day . It’s say on my service list . Appointment on Sunday & Monday must be confirmed first . Via phone call 📲 , Booksty confirmed it’s automatically . All my clients know this. It’s says it on my service list . "Before hours” you literally made the appointment 30 mins before your service . Which was inconvenient . I hope you do very well and the future ! & not try to bring black business
