This is a scam. DO NOT BOOK. Call the phone number and the scammer has a fake voicemail followed by a Spanish automated message. Paid half my deposit,... called and texted no response. I even showed up to my 8am appointment which was in an empty mall parking lot. Again do not book this is a SCAM!!! Not only did you confirm the appointment on Booksy but the day of the appointment you completed it after the hour was up as if you did the service. Then I got an email from Booksy saying I owed the remaining balance for the service. Claim has been filed with the bank not worried about the money just want others to be aware of this scam. This is not a scam luv, when did this happen? Normally if I don’t confirm Appointment it’s because I’m booked normally it doesn’t charge unless I confirm Appointment sorry that happened to you…
