The braids I have never had a complaint about braids coming out 2days later or at all but you also didn’t reach out to me so I can fix the problem I was unaware of. She cancelled on me last minute, didn’t confirm with me to see if I knew the appointment was cancelled. I was waiting at the shop in the seat when I w...as finally notified by her texting me that appointment was cancelled. The app still reads the appointment is actively still booked although the hairdresser was a no show. I got off work early from Military duties, drove through traffic and wasted my time. After I wrote review I notice the hairstylist inciting I’m rude and disrespectful. Not sure why I wasn’t contacted by text message yet I was by Instagram which I never check. Would have been nice to get a call or text by phone. This is the text message I received after my review. I suggest no Military service members go here for this kind of treatment. Show more
