I was waiting for my 12:30 appointment today and I went in there was nobody in her room, and whoever I asked (I asked multiple people) which said they... haven’t seen her at all today. I tried contacting her via instagram as well it went straight to voicemail and none of my texts have been responded to either, my $25 that could’ve been spent somewhere better are also gone as well. I’m extremely disappointed since I’ve been wanting to get my brows done forever since I’ve never have had them done before and this is the result. No appointment or anything. Truly a terrible experience. And I’m disappointed in her for not saying anything about not being here and rescheduling. 0/10. edit:She just posted 15 and 10mins ago doing another person’s brows. Gladys is very nice! She takes her time , and the outcome was amazing. I’m very particular with my brows and she did not disappoint! I will note , and... this has nothing to do with her, but if your GPS is like mine , it’ll take you to the back of the building so just note she is inside the parking lot of Planet Fitness 🙃 it’ll save you a walk !
