Cesar the Barber takes pride and care in the way he cuts hair. The first time in the barbershop I felt greeted and Cesar was super chill, he gets down... with the clippers forsure. On top of that my hairline is difficult to work with, so most of my other barbers would push it back. But he works with it and doesn’t apply the line that far. Best barber in the area 🔥🙏 Show more
