I booked a 10:30 AM appointment, but my barber never showed up. Later, he called and told me I could come in, so I did. When I arrived, he was already... with another customer. I asked if he had someone scheduled after that client, and he said yes—so I left, assuming I wasn’t being prioritized. Then he called again, realizing I had been the 10:30 appointment all along, and asked me to come back. I did, only to be kept waiting another 20 minutes while he finished with someone else. At that point, I got up and left. I understand things happen, but this was poorly handled and a complete waste of my time. Show more

I sent both of my sons to Chris and they loved how sharp and clean their cuts came out. When I also seen their cuts i told them how much of a great jo...b he did and it was a work of art. I’m very happy with my decision sending my sons to his shop. He’s an awesome barber that’s very efficient with a great personality. My teenage son expressed how they even spoke about business and life tips. That was good to hear because it’s very important to me that my sons be around positive people, especially men they can model and learn from. GODS RIGHT HAND MAN WITH THE CLIPPERS BEST BARBER IN QUEENS!!! I come all the way from NJ just to get my hair cut from Chris the owner. Chris is a gre...at barber and person he really cares for his customers and listen to what they have to say. You could be having your worst day of the week or your best day. Chris will listen and engage in conversation with you and you will leave Creative levels with a smile on your face and a few extra dollars in your pocket from the therapeutic conversation and laughs you had durning your haircut session.
