I booked an appointment for 5:00 PM and showed up on time, but the barber told me that was actually his lunch break. If that’s the case, that time sho...uldn’t even be available to book. After that, he started cutting someone else’s hair while I was still waiting. I ended up sitting there for about an hour even though I had an appointment. The whole thing felt unprofessional and poorly managed. If you’re going to run an appointment system, respect your customers’ time.HORRIBLE SERVICE DONT COME HERE.there were also BUGS on the floor

A barber there showed me when he was available so I booked for an opening time which was for 5:45pm & was waiting until 7pm and still didn’t get a hai...rcut. (You won’t get your haircut at your booking time). They will show you available times but won’t be available for you at those times they will most likely be booked up and not available and will have you waiting

Before you pick a service, it tells you what the service comes with so if you’re picking a regular shape up that doesn’t come with a razor and it’s $30 that is your choice to pick. if you wanted the razor It’s a option for haircut and razor.also I have footage from the cameras and I will be posting it and pin it on my instagram @creative_levels
