My hair fell out, I was so nervous to come here just to get a simple braid style. I told Amanda what I wanted and she informed me she was unable to do... it, yet only after styling my hair. Basically, my hair fell out, it broke off, and I’ve never lost so much hair. She braided it too tight is one thing and idk what else went wrong, but it did. Show more

Hello I wanted to apologize for your negative experience with the braids. It’s natural to lose a minimum of 100 hairs a day due to natural shedding. But as a professional that’s been braiding for 4+ years I have never had complaints of hair loss from braids.
