With all due respect Mr. Thompson,I was never upset however I know my craft and I've been doing this for over 20 years. when a customer requests to go lower I go lower carefully because when more than is cutt there's no way to put that hair back. In other words once I cutt down I canner cutt up to a higher guard. so when I go lower I go lower in levels and I hand the mirror to make sure if it was low enough. That is the only reason I kept handing the mirror. I may also add a customer is always right in most cases, in this cases he wasn’t. If it bothered you that I would cutt and hand the mirror it was to make sure that you was getting the desired length. It would call this a miss communication not a matter of a customer always being right and the "Barber" being wrong.Im not just a barber I’m a Father A Husband and A Pillar in my community Sir.
