Love it here! Katurah keeps me looking good and confident. Dealing with hereditary alopecia, it has always been a struggle with finding the right beau...tician or anyone comfortable dealing with my issue. I've seen and appreciated her craft before she became my stylist for about 10 years. Now as my beautician for the past years. It's not one time I've walked out and not received numerous compliments daily. My coworkers and patients always say " one thing Ms T is going to do is come in with her hair on fleek" It's a literally a one stop shop. Get your comedy on, social updates, community inquiries, therapy and ya give GOD his praise all while getting glamorized!! Show more

I booked my appointment 3 weeks ago. I show up to the shop only to find out that keturah hasn’t been to the shop in weeks after receiving a confirmati...on reminder yesterday. I was told multiple clients are constantly coming in thinking they too have appointments and she’s a no show. Neither phone numbers provided were any use no answer. I wasted time and gas for her to be a no show! Now I am scrambling to find another stylist before my event in 2 days. It’s very unprofessional and inconsiderate that she hasn’t reached out to clients letting them know she’s unavailable or hasn’t closed her schedule. On top of that she has the nerve to have a 25 dollar cancellation fee so she should be giving clients at minimum a 25 dollar no show fee because technically she’s a cancellation. Zero stars!
