I’m glad your first experience was so well and i was able to achieve the results you expected, but for your second visit after calling you and messaging you for weeks and months to keep up with your next appointment and finally getting you to setup a appointment, not knowing you had went to another barber even though you had my number, Booksy app at your disposal at any time to book a appointment for your son’s haircut you chose to go somewhere else, then when you finally setup the appointment you failed to notify me that you took him somewhere else which was your responsibility, so in order for me to do a great job and giving the results you are expecting i suggest to stick with the same barber and not to chair hop, and as for you saying that i cursed if front of your son i know that was a an exaggeration since you were not there in person, and spoke to your husband the whole time while he was on the phone with you explaining to you that i wasn't able to do your son’s hair because since you chose to take him somewhere else and they cut his hair so unevenly i was not able to put his hair in the rollers and starting from the bottom to the top then finding out that his hair was not long enough due to his previous haircut. Thank you for your business i hope you find someone that will meet your expectations.
