He was no where to be seen when I entered the shop but eventually came from the back 15 minutes later to cut my son head. It was a decent cut tho wasn...’t sharp or didn’t look fresh but it was a cut. I’d go back to this shop but not to let him cut. I never said it was okay. But if my son did it was just that OKAY! It definitely wasn’t the best I’ve seen or he has had. Your a barber for old men not young adults or kids. If I was trying to hurt your business you wouldn’t have gotten 3 stars. I saw one comment like mine decided to ignore it came to your shop & had the same experience. Show more

This was my 1st time booking with this barbershop, as we were in Chattanooga and I was looking for a barber for the same day. I found an appointment a...s we arrive 15 minutes early we walked in we’re not greeted we sat for over an hour other clients who came in after us, where serviced, while my son still hadn’t got his cut, his appointment time had well beeen passed by this time. we ended up leaving after a hr wait; And still no haircut or spoken to by none of the employees, I would rate this bad business, especially for first time customers who is trying to experience a new barber in the city Show more

I’m sorry for the misunderstanding. Had u said it was u that made the appointment I would’ve cut his hair. U made several appointments today and I thought u canceled. If I never saw u how do u expect me to know who u waiting on. I was confused because u made so many appointments that I didn’t think any was good. U made 3:15 no show. 5:15 and a 3:45 tomorrow.
