I wanted my nail to look like the picture with the square nails but with a almond shape nail and the colors was off and that what I got and I made an ...appointment for 11:00 and u got there at 11:45 I sat there all that time waiting for u, and u finished my nails at 1:30 I was not happy with them at all and I pay a lot and I didn't say anything because I need to be at work by 2:00.. your nails never look like the one in the photos, explicitly because!!... you changed the shape that was square, point number 2 almond nails are for short nails and you chose to make them long, I wasn't there either comfortable doing them when you changed the whole concept of the nail, and point number 3 you should have told me how you felt I would have done something I never let anyone get away from my store badly, even now you would have written to me and I would have fixed it... and Another thing I make appointments so that people arrive on time not everyone does and when one fails me everything is delayed. Have a nice day!
