Dropped child off with hair tangled and matted. Did not want to pay the fee of detangling the locs out and blow drying it. I then decided to waive the extra fee and charged the normal price. Then chose not to service her children again. I’ll take the 1 star knowing I don’t have to go through this again. Thank you
