Retouch relaxer

She didn’t do the best with my relaxer. First it could have been worked in better. She didn’t wash the back of my head enough and had some relaxer on ...my neck so it was burning during and after the wash. She did put something on the area when I was there but it was still stinging when I got home and I felt bumps in that area. When I mention this to her later on she tried to put the excuses on me but the fact was she didn’t properly wash it out. Also afterwards when she was flat ironing my hair she kept putting the hot iron close to my scalp which was painful and I had to mention this to her. Show more

Hello Lisa, I am sorry you had a bad reaction to the relaxer like I said when you told me about it, however you insisted on keeping the relaxer for longer than advised which was when that damage occurred. I use a colour indicator shampoo to ensure that I properly wash off all traces of the relaxer so I am certain that there was no relaxer left behind. In hindsight I should have insisted on getting your shampoo done when I felt it was due. About touching your head with the curling iron, I said I was sorry on the day as this can happen sometimes. My apologies again.
