Great quality in overall service of cutting hair but poor time management and communication. Over a series of several appointments my son has waited o...ver an hour to get in the chair for Luke to cut his hair. I am aware that some days are busier than others. On October 4, Luke took over 3 hours before he cut my son’s hair. Never apologized for the delay or offered a discount for the extreme wait. However, while waiting outside in the car for my son, he did call when he cancelled the mobile payment through the Booksy App and wanted to collect payment for my son’s haircut appointment. He repeatedly stated my payment didn’t go through due to the card I had on file was possibly locked or there were insufficient funds. I explained to him this has happened with him repeatedly in the past and he became defensive trying to explain issues with the app, saying I’m the only one who this happens to, or there must be app updates. I also told him by then I was frustrated with waiting almost 4 hours out of my day and he hung up the phone in my face. I sent my son inside to complete the payment with the same card he already had on file. Unfortunately, we will not be returning. Show more

I apologize for the misunderstanding. I’m gonna be honest. Saturday is the most busiest day in the barbershop. It’s your first time ever coming on a Saturday so i get you didn’t expect that. I’ve been cutting your son’s hair for about 2 years and always on time with 5 Star customer service. I understand your said to me you had a headache and you were hungry i understand I would never hang up on a client because of a misunderstanding. But to slander me on a review was very disrespectful.
