Okay usually I don’t write reviews but this one was just completely bad service. First off, i booked for a full sew in with no leave out bangs added (...for prom). My tracks were showing, she cut my bangs WAYYYY too short so i couldn’t work with it by even bumping it. (She was also late starting on my hair, 30 minutes over) You could see my tracks from a mile away and the threads kept popping out and were visible. the only way for the hair to look somewhat decent is if i had to play with it to stay in a certain spot other wise it looked like a complete mess. Not to mention i’ve had multiple sew ins done and this is the first time someone has put a wig cap on my head instead of a net, it looked very unnatural. Yes, at the end of the service i gave her a tip, but that was before i could see how it looked. My grandma contacted her about a refund because it was not what i paid for. She told us that she would refund it partially which was 100 dollars and she only sent 85 and ghosted us and never sent the remainder balance she told us she was going to send. Overall unprofessional and she has no idea what’s she’s doing when it comes to sew ins. Show more

TO ANYONE VIEWING THIS REVIEW: come and get your own insight about me 🥰 read my other reviews on “SEW INS” specifically! You can’t please everybody and in this case that’s what happened. As she stated 1.) She tipped me, I did not ask for a tip whatsoever that was solely on her, why? Because she liked her hair when she left. 2.) If YOU felt like I cut your bang too short why didn’t you stop me when I got to your desired length? 😏 3) I do hair the way I DO HAIR, I’m not anybody but ME! If you gotten plenty of sew ins before you should of went to them, but ik your grandma told you to say that. She spoke for you the entire time. 4.) Why would you get your hair done a week before prom? And why didn’t you say I suggested a wig or glue in for that style??? I gave you exactly what you asked for. 5.) If you hated your hair why didn’t you let me fix it for you or do a different style because I definitely offered. 6.) The style was $150 with $20 deposit (non-refundable) I changed my mind because the remaining was $130 and half of that is $65 and I gave you your $25 tip back. Your grandma tried to bully me out of a full refund initially but I feel like my time and labor should be accounted for too. I took my time which I do with everybody (that’s why I was 30 mins behind) if you didn’t like that once again, why did you tip me?? Respectfully, it was better than any pic you have posted to your fb
