Hey babes I am sorry that was your experience, however you booked at the last minute and I still was going to make a way to service you.. I even asked you if we could move you down a little later that wouldn't work for you! I was willing to squeeze you in between my clients that booked in advance but unfortunately that didn't work either I communicated with you the whole time! I am very professional and I stretch myself a little to thin sometimes & always willing to help instead of saying this isn't going to work today I was trying to help you! you didn't want to wait &I really didn't have time for you at the time you booked I texted you as soon as I seen it when I woke up this morning I am far from unprofessional that is just not the case here I take all appointments and people time very serious and I love what I do! I had a horrendous experience dealing with Aaliyah. Upon scheduling my appointment two weeks in advance, she contacted me late that same evening askin...g if I would be willing to come in earlier despite it being available in her books. I had already begun planning other services based on Aaliyah's availability. To be compromising, I agreed to come in three hours earlier for my appointment despite having already made other plans. On the day of my appointment, three minutes before, she texted me asking me my location. I told her I was pulling into her neighborhood on time for my appointment. She then called me to let me know she overslept and was running late. I told her I had already arrived at her home. She said she was not ready and that I could run and get breakfast. I had already had breakfast as I had PROPERLY PLANNED and WAS on time for my appointment. I make every effort to respect service providers' time, as I expect the same. It took her twenty-five minutes to get ready for the day and the service she had asked me to come earlier for. I planned to be working during this time and was delayed getting work done, waiting in my car outside of her home for her to get ready. When she texted me that she was ready, I went inside, and she thanked me for waiting. It wasn't like I was given a choice, and that was not an apology. Now when getting my hair serviced, I am used to sitting down with my head in a bowl. Aaliyah does not yet have that in her home. She uses her sink to wash her client's hair which is fine. I would have appreciated knowing that before the service, as I had just gotten my lashes done and did not expect to be taking a bath along with my hair. My clothes were wet, and it made my experience quite uncomfortable. I would have come with my hair washed and dried in advance had I known that, and I feel it is nice to mention, as all clients do not want their heads in the same sink you rinse your chicken in. After completing my service, I paid her price and rushed to prepare for the event I attended, which I was 30 minutes late due to her tardiness. I received a quick weave. Now typically, quick weaves last two weeks. One day after my service, I could feel tracks sliding out of my head. I didn't think anything of it and added some glue, thinking it was a minor error. My entire quick weave was practically on the floor by the fourth day. I texted Aaliyah with photos expressing how my hair was almost undone, offering her an opportunity to fix the style. She provided a time initially and then switched it due to her client running late. I was not able to make it at that time and asked if I could come later. She said there was no time to squeeze me in to correct her error. I continued to text and call; however, I did not receive a response until close to 11:30 p.m., which was less than satisfactory. I understand she had other clients; however, you needed to correctly take care of the client you had, which you didn't. That required an immediate call to action as I paid for a service YOU DID NOT provide. There is no reason a quick-weave should be on the floor in four days. I ended up having to take the three tracks still left in my head out and have my hair re-done by someone else who quickly assessed the problem, which was her method. As I am sure, this makes it quite plain I will never return, and I am so disappointed by the lack of professionalism. You were late, unprofessional, and did not provide the service I asked for. Despite all of the shortcomings, I was polite, and you still did not correct the problem when I afforded you the opportunity. Based on my notes, I hope you will improve so the next person does not get jipped out of their coins and time. GOOD DAY! Show more

As mentioned to you previously this has never happened with my services for a quick weave before. So I am just as stunned at your results. It saddens me that my offer to correct things for you did not meet your schedules expectations and you felt the need to go somewhere else. I apologize the cape or towel did not protect you more from the shampoo. I’ll be sure to double check that with future clients. I am aware that this wasn’t your first experience with SweetLadyStyles so you were aware of the professional environment prior to scheduling your appointment. As a small growing business I thought you would have noticed that I do have double sinks to shampoo hair and I’ve actually never had the pleasure to wash a chicken considering I am vegan. Again it is with my deepest regards your experience was less than what I aimed to provide.
