Thank you very much for wanting to cause harm. If things were truly as terrible as you claim, you should not have continued coming to me for over 5 years straight. All of my clients know who I am and how I treat them, 10/10. Otherwise, why did you keep coming back? You arrived extremely aggressive, speaking loudly, making horrible hand gestures at me, and verbally attacking me, while I very respectfully remained silent. But I can see that what you want is to harm my business, and that is not something I can allow. Don't forget that I have a camera that would obviously not let me lie. You wanted to argue, and I simply said I was not going to argue with you. On top of that, you were trembling while yelling at me, clearly showing aggressive and emotional behavior, which is why I was not going to put myself in danger by responding, while still maintaining respect toward you even at that point. And you were not waiting 20 mnts in those chairs you mentioned. You should clarify that I work in a suite and that the seats outside are not my responsibility; whether they are comfortable or not is outside of my control. But inside, there is nothing negative you can say about the service.
