The color done on my locs is garbage. I am completely dissatisfied. -10 out of 10. A complete waste of the amount charged for the color and the amount... charged to retwist and style Response to Trish: The picture on the left is the original picture I sent you. The picture on the right is the picture I sent you because I changed my mind and wanted to go with the ombre instead. The third pic is my hair. I confirmed with you prior to my appointment, your ability to complete the look. You needed a better pic because the one i sent has a filter on it. But nonetheless, you could not produce the ombre look that i was going for, which i felt that you knew you couldnt do. You are making reference to all off the advisements regarding the coloring process but failed to mention the many times i told you i was unpleased with the color while you were doing my hair, way before you were finished. You kept telling me to “trust the process”. My locs simply were not “lifted” enough or long enough to achieve this look… so now i have to go for a period of time with my locs covered because i am embarrassed by this attempt. Compare the pics… its not what I asked for. Review the video so you can see that i was yngappht with it at the unitial wash out of the cokir that was too red, then you three purple on top of it. Aslo review the video and tell me where you offered to fix the color ALL TOGETHER.. not by throwing more pink on the ends whixh didnt take to begin with. You also knew i was dissatisfied when i decline to book my next appointment which i normally do at the conclusion of each service. Show more

Thank you for leaving a review. Sorry that is was experience. It saddens me that Dionne who has been a client of mine for the past 8 month who has had great experiences and left a 5 star review in the past you left dissatisfied. Hope you allow me to correct the color . Before i started I expressed to Dionne that because this is a virgin color it may come out darker or lighter then desired BECAUSE I WILL NOT OVER BLEACH/PROCESS HER HAIR TO GET THE COLOR. (Light colors MAY not be achieved in one sitting with out over processing the hair). She over said ok. I also informed her because you want a darker color it will bleed when i shampoo making the color change on the lighter ends. After shampooing i asked if The color was to your liking and you at that point said that you wanted pink ends when in prior conversation and before starting you agreed on rose gold. I then offered to adjust the pink color and said that you don’t want pink. AS A COSMETOLOGIST I TAKE PRIDE IN MY WORK AND WILL NOT RISK THE INTEGRITY OF YOUR HAIR TO ACHIEVE A LIGHTER COLOR. YOUR HAIR HAS BEEN GROWING BEAUTIFULLY SINCE YOU HAVE BEEN A CLIENT OF MINE. I ALWAYS EDUCATE YOU ON THE HEALTH OF THE HAIR AND I APOLOGIZE FOR YOUR EXPERIENCE. I have a Hour and and a half of video footage that I can send you where you said you liked and was okay with the color again I Will not lift you higher as I already used 40 vol developer which is the highest lift..
