I'm sure if he gets my message he will reach out he seemed like a nice guy. ...But, his tool at the end whatever it was, tore my neck up BAD. The abrasions were still visible on day 3. I have a decent pain tolerance so I didn't say anything (didn't know) but the wife was livid when I got home and she saw it. Show more
