First of all, you made a wrong service appointment, second the color that you asked for which is Ash blonde will take us to do it three or four process in 3 different days appointments, that’s why we have color consulting service and it’s free. This is the one you should have it from the beginning, and you gave us one star, and you didn’t even got the service.

Appointment was for 12:45 pm. Was told 10 minutes. At 1:15 pm Malek started applying wax to his current customer. This was the third time in a row I h...ad to wait 30+ minutes. Why have appointments??? I guess the customer's time does not mean anything. Will never return (and I was a monthly customer). Show more
