I booked my appointment with this shop on 3/15/25 (Saturday) for 3/20/25 (Thursday) @ 4:45 pm since I work until 4:30 pm. They have done my braids bef...ore and wanted to give them my business again. Pam (owner) texts me at 2pm the day of the appointment, asking if I can move it to Friday. I can't move it since I was heading out of town. After some back and forth, we move my appointment to 5 pm. I get to the salon at 4:40 pm and the doors are locked, with a sign saying be back later. I wait until 5:05 pm then I text her and she said she'd be right there in 2 minutes. When she finally arrives, she says "Your hair is too short, I can't do it. The gal that took care of you the last time isn't here." Credit where it's due Pam did call another shops, apologized profusely and give me a refund. Hopefully I have find another shop to do my hair in 3 weeks for another event. Show more

I’m not sure why you would have left a review after I gave you your deposit back and was able to refer you to other shops that could grip your hair. The reason for your appointment being canceled was due to your hair being too short your services were provided by Shovae. She was at work so you booked under myself I asked you for a picture and never received a picture so when you came to the appointment I realized your hair was too short for me to grip and I will never provide a service if I can’t do it so again sorry for the inconvenience I hope you get it figured out and find a stylist for you be blessed.

I'm a little disappointed, with this being my first experience. I was notified by text 20mins before my appointment time asking if I could come in at ...11,an hour later from scheduled time. I explained I'm normally flexible but however on this specific day I had an appointment at 1pm. I was told 10:30 would be the earliest possible time, noone arrived until 10:45. To make matters worse, the services I had booked were not provided during the visit. I was told that I would be contacted to complete the styling at a later time, but no one ever followed up. This lack of professionalism and accountability is unacceptable, and I will not be returning. Show more

I am so sorry you feel this way but before you left out of the salon you were given a time and date to come back for the service to be completed which was a style after your retwist so you didn’t leave with your hair undone we agreed to do the style which was scheduled for the very next day because you expressed you were pressed for time so you confirmed. Most importantly we got you out in time not to mention we are humans situations come up and we only pushed your appointment 30 minutes out and you confirmed the time as well . And my stylist was 15 minutes late due to a wreck on the highway. We also were going to provide the full service but you insisted you needed to leave so we rescheduled you and again you confirmed and expressed that would be perfect for you . you also tipped because you were satisfied .We handle all of our clients with love and care and we respect all of our clients time. sorry there was some misunderstanding or miscommunication somewhere have blessed one.
