Hey Alberto, this is Andrew the owner I do apologize about your experience here at 77cuts &co however you did book at 1:45pm for 2:15pm appointment with myself I did wait until 2:20pm for you to arrive, you did not arrive until 2:37pm hence the fact I did end up having to leave to take care of something's for the business. Had you sent a message you would've been late I would have gladly stayed to attend you. (Been a professional) Also you were asked if you'd like to wait till I got back or go with another barber you agreed on another barber. Again I do apologize for the service provided we do definitely pride ourselves in delivering a great experience, however unprofessional we were not. As I was there for the majority of the cut water was definitely not running down your face the entire time, and you were asked if the cut was good, you simply said yes and walked out. You are more than welcome to come back to the shop on Tuesday and we can get you taken care of. Very sorry for your experience hope we can make it right for you. Definitely did provide the fact that I did step out due to you not advising you were going to be late. And address is correct bud. We are located on 23rd st.
