This the worse customer service I’ve ever experienced. Both of my boys had an appointment this morning, one was for 4:40am and the other one was for 5...:20am. First and foremost I scheduled one appointment for 8:30am because that was his next availability after 5:20am, he went and changed the 8:30am appointment to 4:40am. I’m like ok cool, one trip. So we get there at 4:40, noticed no one is there. We like ok maybe he’s running late. We go get gas, come back & he’s still not there. Next thing we know it’s like 5:50am & HES STILL NOT THERE!! I look on the Booksy app and he marked the hair appointments as completed 😡 now I’m furious. So we text, no response. So we called, he made up every excuse you could think of and goes to say he started texting me on the app but his phone fell behind the bed. Yeah he’s definitely not reliable at all!!!!!! Show more
