She was nice at the small communication we had however it was very awkward. She didn’t really explain what the process was. Only few things that was m...entioned was. To lay on the table, using a different contraption, cleaning lashes, if anything was sticky and my balance. I had a lot of residue, she did not really bother cleaning. It was very cold and uninviting. The whole process felt like forever due to the weird silence. I’ve worked in the beauty industry and I felt like it was important to explain what to expect etc. I usually tip 35% to all services but I only tipped 15%. I used a groupon, maybe that’s why it was different? I booked a lash lift and tint instead of just the lift. I paid an extra $20 for the tint, and $20 for the leftover $5 balance and $15 tip. Honestly 100% not worth it. Buy your amazon kits! DYI at home because this service was not worth $100. It was very random for me to book with her using groupon but I guess that’s why the services were poor. Being in Fresno, there are limited skilled people who actually know their expertise and I can say this is not one of them. No lash lift. Tint just left residue. I have no washed my face in the photo given nor did I do anything to filter what it actually is in person.
