!!!!!BEWARE!!!! Please don’t make the same mistake It's funny how I have a receipt from my transaction yesterday. 10/31/24 But Shun claims I d...id not show up should have read reviews. Please don’t make the same mistake I did. Shun was on time and very pleasant, but the haircut and beard trim felt rushed. Shun was texting on the phone and felt very preoccupied. He stuck me with the clippers a few times, and I ended up with a deep cut on my cheek during the razor shave. Mistakes happen, but focusing on your customer and not being preoccupied would have alleviated these issues. The end result looks very nice, but for the price, it shouldn’t have been a rush job. It's sad that you give an honest review and then get harassed by the owner. He says you were a no-show and sends harassing text messages. Beware! I ended up blocking Shun due to very derogatory messages. Reported to Booksy app and corporate team 11/01/24 Show more
