Went to the shop at my appointment time, only to be told he was behind schedule and it was one more person in front of me. Displeased because I schedu...led for a particular time for a reason. He didn’t even call to let me know after I texted him 20 minutes before my arrival time. It’s not my fault you were behind. He offered to take me next but I respectfully declined because I did not want him to rush my services. That’s happened before. Finding a good barber these days is slim pickings. If they aren’t charging high prices, they are late, don’t show up, don’t have the products, sink is broken, it’s always something that would happen to inconvenience the client. These new barbers don’t have good customer service or business skills. Smh. So if you book with him, have a another appointment as a backup just in case he’s behind. Show more
