I already had an abhorrent experience with Penny. She callously cancelled my appointment during the holidays just hours before my appointment. She had... weeks to do so and viley chose the day of. This impacts the health of someone's hair when they are delayed in maintenance. So I attempted to reschedule with another loctitian. I received another confirmation without conditions. Different stylist operate in different ways so I was hopeful I'd get a professional this time. Nope. Even with my confirmation from her own website with the timing set by her shop I was turned away upon arrival. This discriminatory, unprofessional behavior twice has to be expressed to the Small Business bureau and anywhere else I can find. This type of unprofessionalism can't go unanswered. Unless you're desperate, do not use. There are plenty of appreciative professionals out there who can service you. Show more

Good afternoon! We spoke on a previous appointment that a consultation is required! Which you didn’t do! You tried to book with another stylist and you was told the same thing..," a consultation is required"! You are not a regular on getting your hair retightened here As you stated this could be damaging if your locks aren’t maintained regularly this is why we require a consultation. Again I apologize for inconvenience this many have caused.
