Idk if I just went in on the shops off day or what. There was no music. Everyone was just on their phones even if they had clients. There was hair all... over the floor accumulating after each person not being swept up. I was trying to explain what I wanted done and got zero feedback or follow up questions. Then before I could even approve of my cut bro put tons of styling powder in my hair so I didn’t notice that the top wasn’t layered at all and just flops like 2012 Justin Bieber. Really the worst experience I’ve ever had to pay for. I had higher hopes from reviews I saw but my experience didn’t portray any of the reviews Show more
