I visited for the first time and was hoping to have a great experience. To say I was disappointed with my results, especially for a $230 service, wou...ld be an understatement. I was advised to go home and wrap my hair to achieve the final silk look, which isn’t something I’ve experienced before at this price point. Might I add my hair wasn't anywhere near straight. The roots were wavy and you see my edges from the pic which was taken as soon as I got in the car from leaving his chair. I didn’t express this during the appointment, but did send him a text message about my experience. I paid $230 for a dated tuck and swoop which is what he did when he turned me around in that chair. Nevertheless, I wish him the best.
