As much as a pleasure this young woman was as a customer I was very disappointed and frustrated with her practices. My first occurrence was 30 min bef...ore my appointment she informed me that she was behind her own schedule by an hour or more, highly understandable but still unacceptable as a first time customer. My second occurrence was I scheduled braids with a line up, upon arrival which I was a few minutes behind on my son and I wait an extra few minutes on her to come out the back for our 12:00 appointment which he didn’t get into the chair until about 12:15. I left and came back and he had braids but no line up which was included in the service but she had another in her chair when I arrived. Long story short no line up was serviced after 20 of waiting. As she did apologize both times it just gives not prepared but I wish her the best. Show more

That's no excuse for starting a few minutes late but I didn't hear you arrive. There is never any intent on being behind and today I can honestly say I overbooked myself on accident I did forget the line up due to me rushing.
