CeeCee is one of the most professional, caring, and attentive stylists I've ever had the pleasure to experience. I needed a loc repaired, and within m...inutes, he had me in and out. Not to mention the restored confidence I felt knowing my loc was back in and strong. I was having a very overwhelming day, but his kindness and friendly demeanor changed that with just a simple interaction. Very unprofessional . He came strolling in 15 minutes late and blamed it on the parking. I arrived 10 minutes early because I was aware of the limited... street parking and didn’t want to park in the parking garage (that wasn’t full)! when I walked in he gave a dry greeting while looking at his phone. When he prepared to wash my hair without a cape, I asked if he had one! His reply was have I wet you up before!? The answer was yes. No cape with hair down to my butt didn’t make for a pleasant experience. He then asked if I wanted to reschedule because I said I was irritated as if I took the 25 minute drive to come back another day when he so blatantly disrespected my time. After washing he sat me under the dryer a few minutes so my roots began to dry but when he was done he immediately began taking the clips out so I left with wet hair (the ends) and the roots didn’t look fresh because they dried out during the process ! Didn’t even offer the dryer when he finished. He also stopped several times to text. Sit in his chair at your own risk. Sadly gave him three chances and was disappointed all three times! Show more

The same one that couldn’t pay for her hair. Please be honest when you leave reviews. Im sorry that u didnt experience the experience I give to all of my clients. When u come to establishments please also understand that theres a client etiquette as well as us stylist. Im happy u left this review and im happy this is happening. I have no clients that come and have this experience and I have no clients who deserve your energy. I wish the next stylist “good luck” and maybe this time youll be a little more positive and less derogatory. You was fired when u didnt respect my business. So thank u again. The atmosphere is great professional all the way. Service is fantastic, enjoy getting my hair done at an upscale establishment as this! The environmen...t being respectable as well as safe is another plus. CeeCee values the customer and spends time during your hair so you don’t feel neglected or rushed! So much attention is given to you on how to maintain and take care of your locs. Love this place. Show more
