Kay was great! Amazing!! She was fast but took her time at the same time to make sure her work turned out great! My hair literally speaks for itself! ...(I have a middle part low ponytail) I loved it and so did everyone else! She was very professional from start to finish! The atmosphere was just as great very clean and comfortable. I didn’t need to look in the mirror before I left but she made sure to make sure I liked the results of my hair before leaving! My appointment was at 3:30 | received a text at 3:16 stating my appointment had to be changed due to her working another job. Things come up of course... but 15 before my appointment? You couldn’t text me the entire day and lmk , 15 minutes before the appointment was very inconvenient for me. I don’t live in Columbus so prior to my appointment I had to pay an sitter, etc for my kids for no reason. I luckily found somebody else in a beauty group that could get me in last minute before my flight today! This is my second time being canceled on btw .. I think she only prioritizes regulars .
