This is the first negative review I have received and, considering the number of services we provide, I appreciate the chance to explain how we work. For this reason, I always recommend carefully reading the service description before selecting it. The service you chose clearly states that it includes a Russian manicure before any application such as acrylic, Polygel, Gel X, or other services. In the United States, no salon offers a manicure with gel included for $15, as it is a more detailed and specialized process. You were also informed during the service that your skin is very sensitive, and even so, you decided to continue with the procedure. Regarding hygiene, the work area was disinfected and all tools were sterilized. We have our disinfection and sterilization equipment visible to clients for their peace of mind. Here we work with dedication to provide quality results. However, like in any profession, we always strive to improve every day. Regarding the price, the service was $35, and I also appreciate the $5 tip you left. Thank you for sharing the photo, as it clearly shows the final result of the work done.
