Jenn is INCREDIBLE. For years I've gone to chiropractors and massage therapists, and she is the ONLY one to help with my chronic pain and actually giv...e lasting relief. She doesn't just give you some cookie cutter, short-cut massage like some places, she actually targets the muscles that are locking up and gets to the source of your pain and issues. Every time I leave, I feel like I'm practically floating because all of my aches, pain, and tension are gone! Thank you for being amazing!

I have been seeing Jennifer owner and massage therapist for over a year now. When I moved to Wesley Chapel I tried at least 8 different therapists and... could not find anyone I would recommend to others. My parameters in my search was for someone that was able to provide a deep tissue massage and stay consistent with the pressure throughout the whole massage appointment. She is easy to talk to but if you want to just relax and not talk at all, she respects that. Jennifer is very responsive to text messages ans you can make and adjust appointments online. She is competively priced for the area and the location is convenient. My husband is now seeing her for monthly massage and I have even brought a couple of my teens to her. I had sprained leg for a month due to sports injury. Massages hardly helped me previously and so was reluctant to try. But Jenn fixed me up with one m...assage. The pain is literally gone. I am amazed at her skill.

10/10 Massage! I’ve had a zillion massage and Jenn is definitely top 3 if not the best massage I’ve ever had. Highly recommend and will be back!

The best massage I’ve ever had! I’ve been looking for a good massage therapist in Tampa area & Jen is the best! She relieved my pain & I left feeling ...relaxed & way better than I came in. The environment was relaxing & she has a sound therapy table, it’s so cool & unique. Highly recommend 813 Massage!

Kind and compassionate. Was able to not only relieve tension but helped tremendously with chronic pain. I generally hurt for days after a deep tissue ...massage, but she knew just how much pressure was enough to alleviate pain. I will be a regular!
