Hello Danielle, I’m very sorry to hear about your recent experience and the wait time you encountered at our Bullard location in Clovis. Upon reviewing your record on Booksy, I noticed that your only previous appointment at the Bullard location was in March 2022 with a different barber who is no longer with us. I want to assure you that the owner is actively involved at the Bullard location, and had he been aware of your visit, he would have made sure that you were attended to promptly, either by the next available barber or himself. Please note that walk-ins on Tuesdays & Wednesdays, including our $25 special, are served on a first-come, first-served basis, which can sometimes lead to longer wait times. However, we’ve brought in new barbers since your last visit, and we’re committed to providing top-quality service while minimizing wait times as much as possible.
