I truly apologize that you feel this way, but I’m honestly confused and disappointed by your review. When you left my chair, you were clearly happy with your hair. You even allowed me to record a video for content and complimented the color, saying it gave you a beautiful ginger-brown tone. Your hair had just come out of braids and was tangled, which I took my time detangling with care. At no point was I rough with your hair. You have a lot of hair I couldn't rush if I wanted to, I don't rush on anyone hair, I spent over four hours doing a double-process,color, dryer time to process twice, shampoo, deep cond, blowdry silk press and flatiron and made sure nothing about the service was rushed. You never reached out to express any dissatisfaction after your visit. If there had been any issue, I would’ve had no problem making the color darker or adjusting it to your liking. I want my clients happy. You are still more than welcome to contact me if you’d like to do so. Honestly, not sure where all this came from especially with you leaving happy, three weeks later you say this but I stand by my work and professionalism. Wishing you the best,

You have very long, thick hair, and pricing was based on the time and work required nothing more, nothing less. What’s most confusing is that not only did you leave pleased with your hair, but this was also your second visit. After reading your review, I reached out to you directly and even offered to refund your money despite the fact that I completed the service and you were happy with the result. It’s honestly disappointing to see this kind of feedback when I went above and beyond to make sure you were satisfied. At the end of your appointment, you expressed that you were happy with your hair and even mentioned booking another one in two weeks. I also recommended products for your hair. The photos you posted do not reflect how your hair looked when you left the salon, I use high-quality, products, I am careful not to overuse product that weighs the hair down.I offered your money back even with the work put into your hair and the false claims I still provided a resolution.
