Vickie was very friendly and welcoming but the service felt rushed and. She was rough detangling my hair ripping trough knots (my hair was particularl...y blow dried) and lifted my hair color more than needed for the color I wanted, resulting in my hair not coming out chocolate brown but a coppery blonde.

I truly apologize that you feel this way, but I’m honestly confused and disappointed by your review. When you left my chair, you were clearly happy with your hair. You even allowed me to record a video for content and complimented the color, saying it gave you a beautiful ginger-brown tone. Your hair had just come out of braids and was tangled, which I took my time detangling with care. At no point was I rough with your hair. You have a lot of hair I couldn't rush if I wanted to, I don't rush on anyone hair, I spent over four hours doing a double-process,color, dryer time to process twice, shampoo, deep cond, blowdry silk press and flatiron and made sure nothing about the service was rushed. You never reached out to express any dissatisfaction after your visit. If there had been any issue, I would’ve had no problem making the color darker or adjusting it to your liking. I want my clients happy. You are still more than welcome to contact me if you’d like to do so. Honestly, not sure where all this came from especially with you leaving happy, three weeks later you say this but I stand by my work and professionalism. Wishing you the best,

The prices posted on Booksy are incorrect. The real prices that are posted on the hair stylist's personal booking page is what you will be charged, a...nd you won't know until your hair is done. I specifically sent a message asking about the pricing when I made the reservation for clarification, but I guess I was purposely ignored. Also, your appointment day and time will be changed at the last minute, and the address is incorrect. The only good thing I have to say is she is very talented, and your hair will be beautiful.

Hi love, I want to kindly clarify that the address listed is correct, and so are the prices. You have very long, thick hair, and pricing was based on the time and work required nothing more, nothing less. What’s most confusing is that not only did you leave pleased with your hair, but this was also your second visit. After reading your review, I reached out to you directly and even offered to refund your money despite the fact that I completed the service and you were happy with the result. It’s honestly disappointing to see this kind of feedback when I went above and beyond to make sure you were satisfied. The lady who did my hair (Vickie) was nice, but I didn’t like how my hair turned out nor did I like being told the real location the day of my hair ap...pointment. To start off, the location on her page is incorrect as the real zip code she’s located in is 89118. Her real address is 3975 West Quail Ave, Suite 3, Las Vegas, NV, 89118. As soon as I booked the appointment, I should’ve been messaged the location for courtesy as some people don’t like to travel far. Instead, she sent me a text message the day of my hair appointment saying she’s located somewhere different which was 30 minutes away from where I live. Had I known this info before, I would have cancelled the appointment, but I believe I was told the real location the day of my hair appointment on purpose as if I would have cancelled, I would of been charged a cancellation fee. In addition, my appointment was for a silk press, but my hair was no where near silked. Everytime she flat ironed a piece of my hair, she would spray some oil into it. You cannot have silked hair if you’re putting a lot of product. I will not be returning, as this hairstylist needs better communication skills & more practice with doing hair. I’ve gotten a silk press multiple times & this unfortunately had to be the worst one. The first two photos are a silk press I got from another hairstylist a while ago (she moved away unfortunately). The second two photos are the silk press I received from Vickie. Update: 1/28/2025 Having 20+ years of experience does not mean you know how to do hair. A silk press is one of the most easiest styles to do as a licensed hairstylist. From the results of my hair, it’s clear you don’t specialize in silk presses which makes me question if you know how to do other hairstyles correctly. Furthermore, to say you communicated the address with me further in advance is not true. You did NOT tell me the real address until the day of my hair appointment. Like I stated, if I would have cancelled the appointment, I would have been charged a cancellation fee. I can literally go back on our text messages & screenshot you telling me the real address the day of my hair appointment since you don’t want to admit to this statement. I can admit that I did verbally tell you I was happy with my hair, which I should have been honest about. But at that point, seeing the finished results of my hair made me realize quickly you would never touch my hair again. Lastly, I don’t make false claims about hardworking professionals. You’re the first one I have given a bad review on this platform. Please send me screenshots of bad reviews I have given other individuals on here because you won’t find them. Why? Because I’ve never given a bad review before. I understand you’re trying to protect your brand, but please at least be honest & take accountability for your wrongdoings. Take care.

The photos you posted do not reflect how your hair looked when you left the salon, I use high-quality, products, I am careful not to overuse product that weighs the hair down.I offered your money back even with the work put into your hair and the false claims I still provided a resolution.
