Hello Silas , I appreciate your criticism but you forgot to mention the part where you had trouble describing how you wanted your beard done. You gave me very vague descriptions on how you wanted your haircut and you failed to show me any pictures or give me any references at all. In my chair you always have an option to speak up about any concerns which you may have and you did not. With that being said you could have reminded me to cut the top of your hair and you did not after I showed you the mirror multiple times. Either way thank you for your business you are always welcome to come back. Have a good one silas!
