I waited three weeks to post this because I wanted to see how long it would last. I recommend Lamar for my naturalistas. I called him on Wednesday mor...ning and I was able to get my hair done that day, less than 2 hours later. I previously had a bad experience with silk presses and the last time I had heat my hair suffered heat damage. He was very careful to not fry my hair and not burn me. My hair is still soft and for the most part straight. (My roots are starting to puff back up due to gel and sweat but the mid shaft and my ends are still super soft.) I will be washing my hair soon and hopefully it will all puff back up. I highly recommend. He asked how I like to wear my hair when it's straight and I told him to do what he felt and he gave me the loose curl/wave. The price is pretty affordable but keep in my there is an extra $20 bucks if you want to get those ends clipped. I will be returning (after confirming my hair doesn't have damage which I don't suspect of course!!) Show more
