I had an excellent experience. I have been to Avieunna many times. She always lay my hair down beautifully. My laces last me over 2 weeks . I highly r...ecommend her. She is very flexible with scheduling as well. In the photos I provided you can see how clean my middle part is the baby hairs are laid very nice & the makeup was also done by her. I didn't even get to get my hair done! I booked an appointment, paid the deposit (booking fee i guess), and called to verify my booking...the day of s...he changed my appointment time, then later canceled due to an "emergency" and asked me to reschedule...okay fine, there's an emergency, i can reschedule...so i rescheduled, then text to verify that the new time was okay with her, she responded with a thumbs up...well today she changed the appointment time again...fine, whatever...as it gets closer to the new time I'm headed over and try to call to verify where i need to go because based on the address I'm in some strange neighborhood and it goes to this sketchy looking house...she doesn't respond... for 20 minutes I'm trying to contact her without response...finally 2 minutes before my appointment she texts responding about where i need to be, but requests that i stay in my car until she tells me to come in...now mind you she already changed my appointment several times and i have an event this evening that i informed her about the previous day, so I'm expecting complete professionalism...however i sit in my car for 20 MINUTES PAST MY APPOINTMENT TIME WITHOUT ANY FURTHER COMMUNICATION! Finally i had enough, so i leave and request my deposit money back...granted she sent it back, but decided that she needed to take a final jab and text me saying that the money wasn't a deposit but booking fee...like honestly you lost a potentially loyal client based on lack of communication and professionalism, and you decide to be a smartass and rude because of your shortcomings...that is bull...she only got 1 star because i had to use 1 to post the review and because i got my little money back...ugh🙄 Show more
