She was helpful initially when she cancelled on me and that was nice. She then rescheduled the appointment for the following day in the evening, which... was also fine. What I didn’t like was when I made the Barbie salon at the time that she provided, no one was there. The lights were out the salon was clearly closed. When I called I was sent straight to voicemail, when I sent a text message asking for her ETA, she only replied saying she was in her way. I asked her for a timeframe cause my children were with me and it was dark outside, no response. My wedding day is tomorrow, I’ll be fine but it would have been nice if she could’ve kept the last appointment instead of pulling up to a closed shop.
