Flaky and unprofessional. Providers such as this make it hard for serious and real professional stylist on this booking app to secure deposits for ser...vices. I gave this provider a 2nd chance after she canceled on me while I was enroute to her for my April 5th appointment, she sited issues with her vehicle. She did apologize and gave my deposit back. Booked my 2nd and last appointment for today May 12th. Appt scheduled for 330p. While in enroute again I receive an Instagram msg with an address different from whats listed on the apps site for booksy. I was already 1 1/2 hrs away from where I work and traffic didn't help. New address provided would get me to my appt for 4:10p, because of even longer distance and traffic. I let her know this and she was okay with it. She sent me another msg asking if we could change appt to 5pm because she needed to drop her dtr off. I agreed. I arrived at the address she provided, which turned out to be residential. I waited a little bit since I'd arrive before 5pm. She sent me an Instagram msg at 4:51p that she was on her way, due to traffic. I patiently waited....almost an hr went by and nothing. I sent an Instagram msg. No reply. I called her from the # listed on booksy at 6:24pm she answered and said she was less than 10mins away and that I'd see her. I waited..bottom line she never showed up and multiple calls and text to her..she never answered. I dont do business like that, so I have to assume this is fraud and those positive reviews are from friends of hers. A complete waist of my time. If I could give zero stars I would. Note to provider. A business can not grow with this type of pattern and unprofessionalism. Show more
